BIY: Bali Retreat has been created for you to connect with yourself through gentle Meditation, practical (non physical) exercises, discussion, creativity, and powerful processes for personal growth and change!

Please sign and return this Participation & Liability Waiver form with or prior to, making your final / balance payment (see Terms and Conditions) to enable your participation in BIY: Bali Retreat.

I _____________________________ hereby agree to the following:

​

1. I acknowledge that I have voluntarily applied to participate in BIY: Bali Retreat. 

2. I understand that it is BIY: Bali Retreat's primary goal to provide me with an opportunity to consciously choose the next chapter of my life.

3. During my time with BIY: Bali Retreat, I will be invited to take part in early morning gentle Meditation, gentle Yoga (both optional) plus approximately two - four hours of Believe in Yourself development work each day.

4. If at anytime I feel upset, unwell or unable to participate, I can choose to sit out the activity and rest.  I have access to a Reiki (Level 3) Practitioner; Colour Therapist; Personal Mentor and Belief Strategist, Gaynor Lawton, who has assisted clients through challenging beliefs and thoughts whilst doing this work.  Should medical assistance be required, the local medical services will be contacted immediately. 

5. I understand the activities have not intentionally been created to make me feel anything other than supported and included.

6. I understand this work is gentle and although some of the outcomes can be perceived as 'huge' the people involved were asking for 'huge' outcomes.

7. In addition to this work, BIY: Bali Retreat has included some additional activities for me to enjoy and experience in Bali and Nusa Lembongan.  It is my personal choice to take part in these activities and I take full responsibility of my own risks, health, safety and well-being during this time.

8. I have purchased Travel Insurance as an independent to cover everything I do as part of BIY: Bali Retreat and in addition to (eg: private hire of scooter etc which is NOT included in the organised activities).  

9. I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim I may have against Believe in Your Business (the business under which BIY: Bali Retreat is run) and staff for injury or damages that i may sustain as a result of participating in the additional activities suggested.  

10. I, my heirs, my family, executors, successors, administers and any other person who may have an interest in common law or by operation of statute hereby waive any and all claims I or such parties may have now or in the future.  

11. I release from liability Gaynor Lawton, Believe in Your Business, her co-teachers, assistants and any employees, guides, agents or representatives ('releasees') for any personal injury or death, property damage or loss of any nature suffered by me as a result of participation in any activity on the retreat. 

12. I release from liability Gaynor Lawton for any cause whatsoever including those arising out of, or in any way connected to, or occasioned by the negligence of, the releasees.
